Crochet is a fantastic technique for creating 3D creatures and flowers. It really helps you to manipulate the yarn into becoming something amazing that can have a life of it’s own or to simply look pretty.

It’s a quick craft and in no time you can have something beautiful emerge right before your eyes.
When I learnt to crochet, I really wanted to learn to make 3D items. Not content with crocheting clothing and blankets, I wanted to master the art of ‘amigurumi’ – the art of making small crochet’d toys. It was from this that I decided to create and sell my How to Crochet kits.
Included in the kit is everything you need to make both a cute creature and a flower hairgrip (but feel free to use the creature as a hair grip and to give the flower googly eyes!)
